NOTICE OF SEALED BIDS TO BE RECEIVED The City of Glencoe will be accepting sealed bids towards the purchase of a 2023 Ford F-250 4x4 SD Crew Cab or equivalent to meet city specifications. Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, October 9, 2023 at which time the sealed bids will be opened. The bids received will be reviewed by the Glencoe city council at a pre-council meeting being held on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. or at the Council Meeting being held at immediately afterward. Sealed Bids are to be mailed or hand delivered to the following: CITY OF GLENCOE ATTN: CITY CLERK 201 WEST CHASTAIN BLVD. GLENCOE, AL 35905 The outside of the bid envelope should be marked as follows: GLENCOE 2023 F-250 4X4 SD CREW CAB All sealed bids shall reflect the following information: Vendor Name, Vendor mailing address, Vendor phone number, Total bid amount, and any special conditions that may be set forth in the bid specifications along with all necessary documentation as required in the bid specifications. Authorization for this bid invitation was approved by the Glencoe City Council on Tuesday, September 26 2023. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bid specifications are attached on page two of this bid invitation.
