Mayor Hare called the meeting to order. Present were, Councilman Colt Turner, Mayor Chris Hare, Councilman Cody Rampey, Councilman Jeff Little and Councilman Danny Wagnon. Councilman Chris Sims was absent.
Richard Johnson gave the invocation.
Mayor Hare asked the Council to look over the minutes of the May 24, 2022, meeting and note any changes to the City Clerk. Councilman Little made a motion to approve the minutes. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve accounts payable from May 24-June 13, 2022. Councilman Wagnon seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Wagnon made a motion to approve Resolution 22-05 granting a one-time lump sum payment to Retired employees at an estimated cost of $ 3, 012.00. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye
Councilman Little made a motion to approve a contract with A-Med to rent out Fire Station 2 from us for $ 1,000.00 per month plus utilities. (Water and gas). Councilman Wagnon seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Turner made a motion to approve for Triple A to cut a tree on Justin Drive and Lonesome Bend Road at a cost of $ 800.00 and $ 900.00. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
With no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Rampey made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
