Mayor Hare called the meeting to order. Present were, Councilman Colt Turner, Mayor Chris Hare, Councilman Cody Rampey, Councilman Jeff Little and Councilman Danny Wagnon.
Councilman Little gave the invocation.
Mayor Hare asked the Council to look over the minutes of the January 24, 2023, meeting and note any changes to the City Clerk. Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve the minutes. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Little made a motion to approve the appointment of Michael Sizemore to fill the vacancy of place 4 council seat. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Little made a motion to approve for the Police Chief to hire a police officer. The job will be posted for 10 days. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
With no further business to come before the council, Councilman Little made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
