Mayor Hare called the meeting to order. Present were, Mayor Chris Hare, Councilman Colt Turner, Councilman Cody Rampey, Councilman Jeff Little, Councilman Danny Wagnon, and Councilman Michael Sizemore.
Richard Johnson gave the invocation.
The Bids for the 2022 Truck were incorrect and will be corrected and sent out again. Councilman Turner made a motion to table the vote. Councilman Sizemore seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Mayor Hare asked the Council to look over the minutes of the November 14, 2023, regular meeting, and note any changes to the City Clerk. Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve the minutes. Councilman Sizemore seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Turner made a motion to approve accounts payable from November 14-November 27, 2023. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Wagnon made a motion to suspend the rules and allow the council to vote on Ordinance 23-05 on the first reading. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Wagnon made a motion to approve Ordinance 23-05 vacating a portion of Johnson Street. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve the purchase of the new stencil from Pioneer Athletics with a yellow jacket for $ 2,205.00. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Turner made a motion to resend the bid on fixing the holes on Sibert Drive and update the bid. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve the one-time pay increase of $ 300.00 to full-time employees and $ 150.00 to part-time employees. This year only it is higher due to the change in our payroll schedule we are fixing to have. Councilman Wagnon seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to go into executive session to discuss the character and good name of an employee. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Little made motion to reconvene Councilman Wagnon seconded the motion. All voted aye.
With no further business to come before the council, Councilman Little made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Wagnon seconded the motion. All voted aye.
