Mayor Hare called the meeting to order. Present were Councilman Michael Sizemore, Councilman Colt Turner, Councilman Cody Rampey and Councilman Steven Warren, and Councilman Danny Wagnon.

Mayor Hare asked the Council to look over the minutes of October 14, 2025, regular meeting and November 3, 2025, special called meeting, and note any changes to the City Clerk. Councilman Warren made a motion to approve the minutes. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve accounts payable from October 7, 2025- November 10, 2025. Councilman Warren seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Turner made a motion to approve a donation to the 2026 Water Festival in the amount of $ 250.00 and for Todd Means to volunteer and work the event. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Wagnon made a motion to approve the 2025-2026 Budget. Councilman Warren seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Sizemore made a motion to approve a donation to Wheeles marketing group for the basketball tournament in the amount of $ 500.00. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve an ad in the 2026 Current Magazine with the Etowah Chamber in the amount of $ 900.00. Councilman Sizemore seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Turner made a motion to purchase the property located at 100 Sims Street for $ 37,500.00. (the old print shop) Councilman Warren seconded the motion. All voted aye.
With no further business to come before the council, Councilman Turner made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
