Mayor Hare called the meeting to order. Present were, Councilman Danny Wagnon, Councilman Cody Rampey, Councilman Michael Sizemore, Councilman Colt Turner, and Councilman Jeff Little.

Mayor Hare asked the Council to look over the minutes of April 22, 2025, regular meeting, and note any changes to the City Clerk. Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve the minutes. Councilman Sizemore seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve accounts payable from April 22-May 27, 2025. Councilman Wagnon seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Wagnon made a motion to approve Resolution 25-07 in reference to authorization for the City of Glencoe to make application to and to meet requirements of the Transportation alternatives set-a-side program (TAP) for FY2026. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Wagnon made a motion to approve a donation to Glencoe High School Football Program Ad form. Full page is $ 125.00. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve for Pro-turf, LLC to apply 38-0-6 long-term polyon coated fertilizer to 6 fields and apply primo growth regulator once a month for 4 months starting in June at a total cost of $ 9,260.00. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Little made a motion to approve Resolution 25-07 for the public use of Project Tapny-Ta24- (905) phase 1 ADA compliant sidewalk & pedestrian bridge in Hollingsworth and Wilson Parks. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Turner made a motion to make a change to the handbook in Investigations in the police department will be 40-hour employees. Councilman Wagnon seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Turner made a motion to post the Public Works Director Job again for 10 days. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to purchase clay for Independence Complex from Miller Sand for $ 2,000.00. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All vote aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to move Jeremy Simmons from Patrol to Sergeant and to level 3 step 3 on the pay scale. Councilman Little seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Little made a motion to approve a donation to the Glencoe Band Boosters for $ 2,500.00. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
With no further business to come before the council, Councilman Turner made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
