Mayor Hare called the meeting to order. Present were, Councilman Colt Turner, Mayor Chris Hare, Councilman Chris Sims, Councilman Cody Rampey and Councilman Jeff Little. Councilman Danny Wagnon was absent.
Jeff Little gave the invocation.
Mayor Hare asked the Council to look over the minutes of the June 24, 2022, meeting and note any changes to the City Clerk. Councilman Turner made a motion to approve the minutes. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve accounts payable from June 14-June 23, 2022. Councilman Little seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve Resolution 22-06 the adoption of AEMA Division F Regional Hazard mitigation Plan. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve for the city to donate $ 1,075.28 to the steak cookoff to the Glencoe Fire Association for the Christmas for kids. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Little made a motion to pay to have Officer Richey’s vehicle re-stripped to include K9 on the vehicle. This will be done by Freestyle graphics at a cost of $ 2,250.00. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Turner made a motion to pay Skipper Engineering $ 4,300.00 to do a traffic study for the red light at Green Valley Road. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Turner made a motion to approve for CDG to do phase II soil testing on the Pollard property at a cost of $ 6,800.00. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
With no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Rampey made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
