Mayor Hare called the meeting to order. Present were, Councilman Colt Turner, Councilman Cody Rampey, Councilman Jeff Little, Councilman Michael Sizemore and Councilman Danny Wagnon.

Mayor Hare asked the Council to look over the minutes of the February 13, 2024, regular meeting, and note any changes to the City Clerk. Councilman Turner made a motion to approve the minutes. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve accounts payable from February 13-February 27, 2024. Councilman Sizemore seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve Resolution 24-01 allowing the city to enter into an agreement with the State of Alabama through ALDOT for the Pedestrian bridge over Cove Creek that will connect Hollingsworth Park to Wilson Park. TAPSU-TA24(905); CPMS REF # 100077843 AND 100077844. Councilman Wagnon seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve Resolution 24-02 allowing the city to enter into an agreement with CDG Inc., for engineering costs related to the TAPSU=TA24(905). Councilman Wagnon seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Turner made a motion to approve for Todd Means to attend the 2024 Code Official conference in Orange Beach on April 29-May 3, 2024, at a cost of $ 250.00 plus travel expenses. Councilman Little seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Sizemore made a motion to approve for the Fire Chief to order 4 AEDs to go in the concession stands at the ball fields at a cost of $ 9,932.00 from Cardiac Solutions LLC. Purchase with American rescue funds. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Little made a motion to approve Danny Wagnon to be the voting delegate at the annual business meeting at the conference. Colt Turner will be the backup. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Little made a motion to approve the bid opening and purchase the Police super crew FX4 Police responder from Buster Miles Auto Dealerships for $ 47,000.00. Councilman Sizemore seconded the motion. All voted aye.
With no further business to come before the council, Councilman Little made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
