Mayor Hare called the meeting to order. Present were Councilman Michael Sizemore, Councilman Colt Turner, Councilman Cody Rampey and Councilman Steven Warren, and Councilman Danny Wagnon.
Richard Johnson gave the invocation.
Mayor Hare asked the Council to look over the minutes of November 25, 2025, regular meeting and note any changes to the City Clerk. Councilman Turner made a motion to approve the minutes. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Warren made a motion to approve accounts payable from November 25, 2025- December 8, 2025. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Sizemore made a motion to approve to cancel the next schedule council meeting on December 23, 2025, due to the holidays. Councilman Warren seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to amend the approval for the purchase of Turf from Gameday from $ 5,000.00 to $ 9,600.00. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Turner made a motion to approve for the council to go into executive session to discuss a personnel issue. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Sizemore made a motion to reconvene the council meeting. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
With no further business to come before the council, Councilman Turner made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Sizemore seconded the motion. All voted aye.
