Mayor Hare called the meeting to order. Present were, Councilman Colt Turner, Councilman Cody Rampey, Councilman Jeff Little, Councilman Michael Sizemore and Councilman Danny Wagnon.
Jeff Little gave the invocation.
Councilman Turner made a motion to approve Resolution 24-11 allowing the City to enter into an agreement with ALDOT on a cooperative maintenance for the new service roadway constructed in the Right of Way of Alabama Highway 431 between MP 255.56R to MP 255.65R. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
With no further business to come before the council, Councilman Turner made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
