Mayor Hare called the meeting to order. Present were, Councilman Danny Wagnon, Councilman Cody Rampey, Councilman Michael Sizemore and Councilman Colt Turner. Councilman Jeff Little was absent.

Mayor Hare asked the Council to look over the minutes of March 25, 2025, regular meeting, and note any changes to the City Clerk. Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve the minutes. Councilman Sizemore seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve accounts payable from March 11-March 24, 2025. Councilman Wagnon seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Wagnon made a motion to approve an ad in the Messenger Senior Tribute magazine at a cost of $ 200.00 for ¼ vertical. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Sizemore made a motion to approve donation to the Glencoe athletic foundation to fix the gym floor. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Turner made a motion to approve moving Jonas Gray to Sargant Level 3 step 3, Joseph Richey to Corporal Level 2 step 6 and Dalton Roberts to Investigator Level 4 step 5. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve the purchase of the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado from the bid opening from Hardy Chevrolet at a cost of $ 46,736.00. ( 15,000 to upfit it and 3,000 for striping) Councilman Wagnon seconded the motion. All voted aye.
With no further business to come before the council, Councilman Turner made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
