Mayor Hare called the meeting to order. Present were, Councilman Danny Wagnon, Councilman Cody Rampey, Councilman Jeff Little and Councilman Michael Sizemore. Councilman Colt Turner was absent.

Mayor Hare asked the Council to look over the minutes of February 11, 2025, regular meeting, and note any changes to the City Clerk. Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve the minutes. Councilman Wagnon seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve accounts payable from February 11-February 24, 2025. Councilman Sizemore seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Wagnon made a motion to approve a donation of $ 525.00 to the Glencoe Athletic Foundation for a meal for the boys’ basketball team. Councilman Little seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Wagnon made a motion to approve a donation for $ 200.00 to Glencoe High School for the FFA Rodeo for an arena sign. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Little made a motion to approve a donation of $ 100.00 to the Barrie Center for Pinwheels for child abuse prevention month in April. Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Little made a motion to approve the hiring of Dakota Grant for the patrol position. He is APOST Certified and will start out at Level 2 step 1. Councilman Wagnon seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Little made a motion to surplus the 2015 unmarked Tahoe and sell to Gadsden State Police Department for $ 1.00 as is. Councilman Sizemore seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve the purchase of parts from TriGreen Equipment for $ 3,639.42 for the parts to put the batwing mower on the John Deere. Councilman Sizemore seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve a donation to family success center for the Talk Derby to me sponsorship 2025 in the amount of $ 650.00. Councilman Little seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve $ 1,000.00 donation to the Glencoe Athletic foundation for the reverse drawing. Councilman Sizemore seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Little made a motion to amend the verbiage on the police department pay scale to start out certified full-time police officers at Level 2 step 1. Councilman Wagnon seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Little made a motion to approve a donation to the Girlfriend Gala sponsorship in the amount of $ . Councilman Rampey seconded the motion. All voted aye.
With no further business to come before the council, Councilman Rampey made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Sizemore seconded the motion. All voted aye.
