Mayor Hare called the meeting to order. Present were, Councilman Colt Turner, Councilman Cody Rampey, Councilman Jeff Little, Councilman Michael Sizemore and Councilman Danny Wagnon.

Mayor Hare asked the Council to look over the minutes of the January 28, 2025, regular meeting, and note any changes to the City Clerk. Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve the minutes. Councilman Sizemore seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Rampey made a motion to approve accounts payable from January 28-February 10, 2025. Councilman Little seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Little made a motion to approve for Tashia Blackerby and Kelley Rhoades to attend the magistrate training in Madison on May 2, 2025, at a cost of $ 240.00 plus travel expenses. Pam McCord will attend the magistrate training class in Birmingham on April 3, 2025, at a cost of $ 240.00 plus travel expenses. Councilman Wagnon seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Little made a motion to approve for the City of Glencoe to purchase Richard Johnson a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 VIN 1GCUKEED1SZ189292 from Buster Miles at a cost of $ 53,315.50 with a trade in allowance $ 32,665.50 with a rebate of $ 5,750.00 for a total cost of $ 14,900.00. Councilman Sizemore seconded the motion. All voted aye.
Councilman Little made a motion to approve the purchase of a 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Buster Miles for $ 52,415.50. We will trade in the 2022 Chevrolet Silverado for $ 32,415.50 and with a $ 4,000.00 rebate we will pay $ 16,000.00 for the new vehicle. Councilman Little seconded the motion. All voted aye.
With no further business to come before the council, Councilman Rampey made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Turner seconded the motion. All voted aye.
